Anita Lea Fillingim, 77, died Nov. 12, 2015 in Wichita.

She was born Feb. 12, 1938, at Minneola, Kansas the daughter of Otto A. and Mildred Oral McMichael Esplund. A longtime Kingman resident, having also lived in Thomaston, Georgia and Bucklin and Lincoln, Kansas, she was a retired K-12 vocal music teacher.

She was a founder of "Share the Love" meals ministry, Kingman.

On Aug. 3, 1963, she married W. Claude Fillingim at Minneola. Other survivors include a son David; daughters Tanya Hein and Debra Raffety; sister Linda Barnes; and grandchildren Aaron and Kaylea Hein.
She was preceded in death by an infant son Layne; and an infant sister Roxanna.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday at the funeral home with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Graveside services will be 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, at the Minneola (Kansas) Cemetery.

Memorials may be made with the Kingman Youth For Christ Mentoring Program in care of the funeral home.
