Barbara Ann Fischer, 83, died May 24, 2016, at her home in Cunningham.
She was born Dec. 30, 1932, at Nashville, Kansas the daughter of Joseph and Gertrude Landwehr Adelhardt. A lifetime resident of the St. Leo community, she was a homemaker.
Barbara was a member of the St. Leo Catholic Church and Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Cunningham, the Altar Society, a lifetime member of the D of I, a former board member of the Kingman Co. Council on Aging, and the Cunningham Friendship Meals.
On Nov. 19, 1951, she married Herman Fischer at St. Leo; he died Aug. 17, 1994. Survivors include sons John, Randy, Scott, Rob and Daryl; daughters Jan Goertz and Gail Cook; 15 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her brother Sylvester Adelhardt.
Parish rosary will be 7:00 p.m., Friday, at the St. Leo Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, also at St. Leo Catholic Church. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday, at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. Burial will be in the St. Leo Church Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with the St. Leo Catholic Church or the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Cunningham, both in care of Livingston Funeral Home.
