Barbara Lee Mason, 94, died May 18, 2022, in Kingman.

She was born Dec. 26, 1927, at Cleveland, Kansas the daughter of Otto and Hetty Dir Kelly.  A lifetime resident of the Kingman community, she was a retired telephone operator and telephone office employee.

Barbara was a member of the United Methodist Church, Kingman; and the Telephone Pioneers of America.

On March 1, 1953, she married Richard "Dick" Mason at Dexter, Kansas; he died Aug. 19, 2009.  Survivors include four children and their spouses Tom and Linda Mason, Ron and Treena Mason, Elise and Bill Klaver, and Kelly and Barb Mason; 8 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.  She was also preceded in death by her brother Rev. Rex Kelly.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday.  Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.

Memorials may be made with Rivercross Hospice or Wheatlands Healthcare Center, both in care of the funeral home.
