BEATRICE G. RICKE

Beatrice G. Ricke, 103, died Dec. 9, 2023 at Wheatlands Healthcare Center.

She was born March 24, 1920 the daughter of Lewis and Matilda Burns Dick.  A resident of the Willowdale community, she was a farmwife and homemaker.

Beatrice was a member of the St. Peter Catholic Church, the Daughters of Isabella and Altar Society, all of Willowdale.

On Nov. 18, 1941, she married Seraphine J. Ricke at Zenda; he died June 21, 1992.  Survivors include sons and their wives Fred and Pat, Melvin and Nina, Jerome and Susan, Clarence and Geneva, Glenn and Kay, Norman and Twyla, Kevin and Delores and Gayle; daughter Geralyn Prichard; brothers Ralph and Walter Dick; and sister Virginia Parker; and daughter-in-law Colleen Ricke;  numerous grandchildren, great-grand-children and great-great-grandchildren.  She was also preceded in death by a son Leon; brothers Norbert, Harold, Delbert, Leo and Wayne; sisters Marcella, Rosellyn and Grace; and granddaughter Lisa Ricke.

Parish rosary will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 14, 2023 at the St. Peter Catholic Church followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Friends may call from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Wednesday at the Livingston Funeral Home.  Burial will be in the St. Peter Church Cemetery.

Memorials may be made with Rivercross Hospice  and St. Peter Catholic Church both in care of Livingston Funeral Home.
