Bernadette L. "Bunny" Reid, 78, died Feb. 24, 2017.
She was born June 19, 1938, at Willowdale, Kansas the daughter of John and Gertrude Thome Landwehr. A resident of Kingman, previously of Lawrence, she was the retired Food Service Manager at KU.
She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and the Altar Society, both of Kingman; and previously attended St. John Catholic Church in Lawrence.
On Oct. 9, 1954, she married Gary Reid at Kingman. Other survivors include son Bruce; daughters Kathy Smith, Brenda Washee and Julie Chalabi; brother Richard Landwehr; sisters Kathy Klassen, Angie Kraus and Margaret Boswell; 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by sons Gary Ben and Steven Lee Reid; brothers Alfred, Walter, Roman and John; and sisters Trudy Holub and Mary Ann Becker.
Parish rosary will be 4:00 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 26, at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, Feb. 27, also at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with the St. Patrick Grade School in care of Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman.
