Beverly Jo Nelson, 75, died July 5, 2023, at Wichita.

She was born Aug. 21, 1947, in Hutchinson the daughter of Leonard and Opal Ellis Seifert.  A longtime resident of Kingman, she was a former teacher.

Beverly was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Kingman; a graduate of Friends University; and was active in the Ladies Quilting Circle at the Kingman Christian Church.

On June 14, 1970, she married Larry Nelson in Kingman.  Other survivors include son Brian and his wife Shara; and grandchildren Emma, Aidan and Caleigh.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at the First Presbyterian Church.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday at the Livingston Funeral Home.  Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.

Memorials may be made with the Kingman Health Care System in care of the funeral home.
