Billy Jack Taber II, 49, died July 27, 2025 at Hospice House of Reno County.

He was born Feb. 21, 1976, in Little Rock, Arkansas the son of Billy Jack Taber I and Kathy Jane Ewing Taber.  A longtime Hutchinson resident, he was a former machinist for the Eaton Corporation, TSW and the Hutchinson News.

On Oct. 23, 1999, he married Kendra Hanson at Hutchinson.  Other survivors include a son Jacob Dylan Taber; and his sister Belitha Elmore.  Billy was preceded in death by his parents and a son Kyle.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 2, 2025 at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.  Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.  The funeral service will be available of the Livingston Funeral Home Facebook page beginning at 1:45 p.m.

The family suggests memorials be made to Hospice House of Reno County or the American Cancer and both may be mailed in care of Livingston Funeral Home, 1830 N. Main, Kingman, KS  67068.
