Candice Hill Shrum, 33, died March 11, 2015, at her home in Kingman.
She was born April 4, 1981, in Detroit, Michigan.
A Kingman resident since 2009, she was an employee of Wheatlands Healthcare Center, Kingman.
On Oct. 22, 2009, she married Walt Shrum. Other survivors include a son, two daughters, her mother, grandmother, two brothers and a sister.
Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman.
Memorials may be made with Wheatlands Healthcare Center in care of the funeral home.
