Carolyn Jean Johnson, 77, died March 25, 2016, at her home in Kingman.
She was born July 1, 1938, in Kingman the daughter of Delmar and Ethel Shank Oakes. A resident of Kingman most of her life, she was a retired dispatcher for KP&L.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
On Oct. 18, 1958, she married Wilford "Willie" Johnson at Kingman. Other survivors include son Monty; daughters Leigh Ann Roderick and Mitzi Bailey; 5 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m, Tuesday, at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, at the funeral home with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with the Kingman Library or the Muldrow, Oklahoma Library, both in care of the funeral home.
