Catherine Mae Lampe, 85, died September 18, 2020 at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita, KS.
She was born July 17, 1935 in Oxford, KS the daughter of Clarence and Elizabeth Weninger. A lifetime resident of the Kingman Community, and a retired teacher of 37 years.
She was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church Waterloo, Kingman EHU, Kingman Garden Club, St. Louis Church Quilting Group, Reno County Quilt Guild, and Kingman County Council of Aging.
On April 25, 1959, she married Glen Lampe. He died on September 1, 2002. Survivors included two daughters, Linda and husband Ed Miller, Rago, Kansas; Janet and husband Kevin Eaton, Wichita, Kansas; one son, David and wife Kim Lampe, Kingman, Kansas; and one brother Dr. Marvin Weninger, Knoxville, TN. She also had nine grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her parents and two brothers, Dr. John Weninger, Wichita, Kansas, and Ralph Weninger, Winfield, Kansas.
Rosary will be Monday, September, 21, 2020 at 7:00 PM. Funeral will be Tuesday, September, 22, 2020 at 10:00 AM. Both services will be at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Kingman, Kansas. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. She will be laid to rest at the St. Louis Catholic Waterloo Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with the St. Patrick Catholic School and the St. Louis Catholic Waterloo Cemetery, both in care of Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman Kansas.
