Charles A. Burgess, 53, died Feb. 21, 2013, at his home.
He was born Oct. 27, 1959, at Hutchinson the son of Willard D. and Helen Swenson Burgess. A longtime resident of Arlington, he was a former grain inspector for the Kansas State Grain Inspection Service.
He was a member of the Huntsville United Methodist Church; and attended the Arlington United Methodist Church,
He is survived by daughter Ashley; brother Billy; and sister Pam Nordquist. He was preceded in death by his parents and infant son, Jr.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Lerado Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with the Arlington EMS in care of the funeral home.
