Charles J. "Chuck" Osner, 79, died April 3, 2012.
He was born Oct. 14, 1932, in Kingman County, the son of Clarence and Minnie Schwab Osner. A lifetime resident of the Kingman community, he was a retired farmer and bus driver for USD 331.
He was a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus, both of Kingman; and was a U.S. Army veteran.
On April 12, 1958, he married Marilyn Rheault at Salina. Other survivors include sons Dan (Sally), John (Tammi), Jim, Steve (Theresa); daughters Jane McConnell (Toby), Sue Manning (John) and Judy Hageman; sisters Marge Bugner, Anna Keller and Liz Leiker; 16 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Parish rosary will be 7:00 p.m., tonight at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Kingman. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday also at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.,today at the Livingston Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with the St. Patrick Building Fund or Wheatlands Healthcare Center, both in care of the funeral home.
