Clara Maxine Hill, 94, died Jan. 26, 2018, at her home in Norwich.
She was born March 3, 1923, at Norcatur, Kansas the daughter of Roscoe and Mabel Holben Vernon. A longtime resident of the Norwich community, she was a homemaker.
On June 15, 1949, she married John R. Hill; he died March 12, 2012. Survivors include two sons Joseph and John; daughters Beth Perry, Lois Howell, Ruth Fitzpatrick, Patty Seiler, Doris hill, Eloise Clark and Evelyn Terrell; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a daughter Terry Linne Hill; a brother Russell; and sister Eileen Morgan.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Sat. Feb. 10, at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery near Norwich.
