David Alan Larson, 73, died Sept. 11, 2021, in Wichita.

He was born Sept. 23, 1947, at White Plains, New York, the son of Lawrence Elmer and Alice Louise McManus Larson.

A resident of Cunningham since 1971, he was a grade school teacher for USD 332.

On June 2, 1973, he married Ellen Grilliot at Syracuse, Kansas. Other survivors include sons Benjamin, Jacob, Daniel and Noah; daughter Sarah E. Willits; brothers Michael and Richard; sister Susan Robbins; and 7 grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by sister Patricia Larson in 1958.

Parish rosary will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 2, 2021 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cunningham followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m.
