Delmer D. Schrag, 81, died Sept. 30, 2018 at Pretty Prairie.
He was born Aug. 27, 1937, at Cheney, Kansas the son of Dan A. and Adina Graber Schrag. A resident of the Pretty Prairie community most of his life, he was a former mechanic at Strohl Oil, a former Collingwood Grain employee and most recently for the Kansas Wildlife and Parks in Kingman County.
Delmer was a member of the First Mennonite Church, Pretty Prairie; and was a member of the Mennonite Men's Chorus.
On June 28, 1963, he married Darla Albrecht in South Dakota. Other survivors include son Stuart; daughter Sheri Schmidt; brother Kenneth; sisters LaVera Schrag and Marilyn Preheim; 5 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by a son Shawn; and a brother Donald Roy Schrag.
Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018, at the First Mennonite Church, Pretty Prairie.
Memorials may be made with the Mennonite Central Committee or the Byron Walker Wild Trust, both in care of the Livingston Funeral Home, 1830 N. Main, Kingman, KS 67068.
