Ed Bruce, 73, died Nov. 16, 2014, at his home at Pretty Prairie.

He was born July 25, 1941, at Colfax, Iowa the son of Ralph F. and Marjorie Pearl Robinson. A longtime Pretty Prairie resident, he was a retired tool expedite supervisor for Boeing.

He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Pretty Prairie.

On May 31, 1969, he married Janice "Jan" Batchman at Las Vegas, Nevada. Other survivors include two sons Terry and Sarah Bruce, Efe "Dennis" Oztas; three daughters and their husbands Tonia and Ed Lee, Tina and Brock Wells and Jancie Ireland; brother Rick; sister Bonnie Brock; 10 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2014, at the United Methodist Church, Pretty Prairie; Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman with the family receiving friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Lone Star Cemetery.

Memorials may be made with Hospice of Reno County and Pretty Prairie United Methodist Church, both in care of the funeral home.
