ELMER L. "BUTCH" ADELHARDT

Elmer L. "Butch" Adelhardt, 69, died Feb. 28, 2016, at his home at St. Leo.

He was born Nov. 10, 1946, at Nashville, Kansas the son of John and Emma Simon Adelhardt. A lifetime resident of the St. Leo community, he was a farmer and stockman.

He was a member of the St. Leo Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus, and was a U.S. Air Force veteran during the Vietnam war.

Survivors include two brothers John and Ron; sister Rita; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by brothers A.J., Gene and Fritz; and sisters Marcella Ford and Eleanor Zogleman.

Parish rosary will be 7:00 p.m., Wednesday at the St. Leo Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, also at St. Leo Catholic Church. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. Burial will be in the St. Leo Cemetery.

Memorials may be made with the St. Leo Catholic Church in care of the funeral home.
