EVA PEARL HICKERSON

Eva Pearl Hickerson, 83, died Dec. 5, 2021 in Derby, Kansas.

She was born Oct. 25, 1938, in Spivey, Kansas the daughter of Allen and Edna Parker Ridge. A longtime resident of Salina, she was a retired Registered Nurse having received her nursing degree at Ft. Scott School of Nursing and then her Bachelors Degree at Ft. Hays State University.

Eva was a member of Central Christian Church, Wichita.  She was also a former Den Mother and Girl Scout leader, member and leader of Parents Without Partners.

Survivors include son David Hickerson; daughters Kathy Castleberry and Suzanne Harris; brothers Bill and Charles Ridge; and grandchildren Angela Harris and Nathan Harris.

Graveside services will be 12:30 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 9, 2021 at the Hunt Cemetery near Rago, Kansas.

Memorials may be made with the Parkinsons Assocation of the Plains in care of Livingston Funeral Home.
