F. CHRISTINE "CHRIS" GRABER

F. Christine "Chris" Graber, 66, died May 19, 2015, at her home after a long battle with cancer.
She was born Dec. 27, 1948, in El Dorado, Kansas to William Casper and Bonnie Jean Davis Cooper. Growing up in El Dorado, Liberal, Dodge City and Anthony as her dad's job with Bell Telephone dictated. She graduated from Anthony High School and attended Wichita State Universtiy.
She married Edward W. Graber on April 15, 1967, at Anthony Christian Church. Other survivors include son Chad Graber; daughter Wendy Graber with Vanessa Graber, and Karen Graber and her fiancé Tony King; brother Flint Cooper and his wife Linda; and one grandchild Paxton Clark Graber; nephew Jake Graber, and nieces Flinda Dawn Long and Amy Wallace. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son Clark William Graber.
She had received Jesus as her savior many years ago. She attended the First Baptist Church and the Kingman Mennonite Church, both of Kingman.
She was a retired General Real Estate Appraiser, the 34th Appraiser to be certified in the State of Kansas. She was a member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraiser's having held numerous Chapter, State and National officer positions. She was also a licensed realtor and broker. She enjoyed delivering Meals on Wheels. She also enjoyed collecting recipies, music boxes, and was an avid reader.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m,, Friday, at the Kingman Mennonite Church. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, at the Livingston Funeral Home with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Kingman Mennonite Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with the Kingman Mennonite Church, the Kingman First Baptist Church and Kingman Community Hospital, all in care of the funeral home.
