Francis A. White, 94, died Jan. 21, 2019, in Wichita.

She was born Aug. 11, 1924, at Hanston, Kansas the daughter of Henry Otto and Anna Ewy. A longtime Kingman resident, formerly of Dodge City and Coldwater, she was a former co-owner/operator of White's Family Foodliners in Southcentral and Southwest Kansas.

Francis was a member of the Kingman United Methodist Church; was a former Sunday School teacher and Cub Scout leader; and was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.

On Sept. 10, 1950, she married Joe White at Dodge City, Kansas. Other survivors include three sons Pat, Michael S. and Jay B; daughter Melody Davenport; 6 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son Jack Henry White; a grandson Joe Davenport; brother Weldon Ewy; and sisters Wilma Norton and Dorothy Buller.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 26, 2019, at the Kingman United Methodist Church. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.

Memorials may be made with the Wheatlands Healthcare Center or to the donor's choice in care of Livingston Funeral Home, 1830 N. Main, Kingman, KS 67068.
