GENE A. LAWRENCE

Gene A. Lawrence, 84, died Dec. 21, 2020, at Wheatlands Healthcare Center, Kingman.

He was born Nov. 4, 1936, at Joliet, Illinois the son of George and Ruth Ziesmer Lawrence.  A resident of Kingman since 2016, previously of Langdon, he was a retired GM Building Maintence Employee and was a fishing guide at Texhoma.

Gene was a member of the Lutheran Church; and was a U.S. Navy veteran.

On November 30, 1957, he married LaVerne Beasley at Van Horn, Texas.  Other survivors include son Mike and his wife Leia; a sister Arlene Peterson; and four grandchildren.  He was also preceded in death by a son George.

Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 26, 2020 at the Hoosier Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday at the Livingston Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made with St. Jude's Childrens Hospital in care of Livingston Funeral Home.
