Gladys Marie McAdam, 81, died May 15, 2014 at the Prairie Sunset Home, Pretty Prairie.
She was born July 22, 1932, at Concordia, Kansas the daughter of Leo A. and Juliette Letournea Rheault. A longtime resident of the Kingman community she was a homemaker and a former employee of the First National Bank of Kingman.
She was a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church, the D of I, and the Altar Society, all of Kingman.
On April 26, 1952, she married Mark McAdam; he died Jan. 12, 2009. Survivors include 3 sons and their wives, Tom and Jolene, Mike and Janice, and Tim; 4 daughters and their husbands Carole and Alan Hammons, Sharon and Leon Phelps, Cindy and Brian Bailey, and Colleen and Patrick Novak; sister Marilyn Osner; and 11 grandchildren.
Parish rosary will be 7:00 p.m., Monday at the St. Patrick Catholic Church, Kingman. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, also at the Church. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with St. Patrick Grade School, the Prairie Sunset Home or Harden Hospice, all in care of the funeral home.
