GLEN W. ZERGER
Glen W. Zerger, 85, died April 27, 2011, at Kingman.
He was born Oct. 29, 1925, at Cleveland, Kansas the son of John H. and Emma Kaufman Zerger. A lifetime resident of Kingman County, he was a retired maintainence specialst for KP&L.
He attended the First Mennonite Church, Pretty Prairie.
On July 31, 1949, he married Tessie Harper at Kingman; she died Feb. 18, 1992. Survivors include sons Dan, Tim and Tom; daughter Vicki Bayer; brother Carrol; 8 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by a son David and brothers Waldo and Carl.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Kingman Mennonite Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with the First Mennonite Church of Pretty Prairie and Wheatlands Healthcare Center, Kingman.
