GLENNA MARIE CRAIG

Glenna Marie Craig, 97, died July 27, 2025 in Wichita.

She was born Nov. 4, 1927, in Neodesha, Kansas the daughter of Charles L. and Lucille Clark Killion.  A Kingman resident since 1955, moving to Goddard in 2015,  she was the former proof reader and recipe columnist for the Kingman Journal and Leader-Courier.

Glenna was a member of the Kingman Methodist Church, the former UMW, Music Club, Mid-Century Club, the Mother's Club and was on the KARE board.

On Sept. 26, 1947, she married R.E. "Ed" Craig in Neodesha;  he died Sept. 26, 2021.  Survivors include two sons,  Rob "Kit" Craig and Tiger Craig and his wife Marilyn; daughter Candy Ashcraft and her husband Jim; 6 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.  She was also preceded in death by sisters Bonita "Bunny" Merrill and Gayle Allen.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Friday, August 15, 2025 at the Kingman Methodist Church.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m., to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, August 14, 2025 at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman.  Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.

Memorials have been suggested to the Kingman Methodist Church or the Kingman Library and may be sent to the Livingston Funeral Home, 1830 N. Main, Kingman, KS 67068.
