Harold K. Pipkin, 99, died Nov. 5, 2015, at the Cheney Golden Age Home.

He was born April 22, 1916, in Kingman County the son of Connie E. and Ethel Weiser Pipkin.
A resident of the Cheney community most of his life, he was a retired farmer and retired Transportation Supervisor and janitor for the Cheney School district.

He was a member as well as a founder in 1953 of the Cheney Baptist Church.

On July 29, 1939, he married Hallie G. Ritchey, at Kingman; she died Oct. 6, 2004. Survivors include 3 sons David, Ken and Gale; 8 grandhildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by 3 sisters Dorothy McComb, Mildred Beall and Vera Carson.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, at the Cheney Baptist Church. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday, at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. Burial will be in the Vinita Cemetery outside Cheney.

Memorials may be made with the Cheney Baptist Church, the Vinita Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund or the Cheney Golden Age Home all in care of the funeral home.
