HELEN M. HACKER

Helen M. Hacker, 87, died Dec. 31, 2012 at Kingman.

She was born Jan. 30, 1925, at Attica the daughter of John S. and Lena Jeffery Harrel. A resident of Kingman most of her life, she was employed by Harbert Paint and Wallpaper Store and was a self employed wall paper hanger.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary #114, both of Kingman.

On May 27, 1944, she married Harold J. Hacker at Kingman; he died Dec. 14, 1990. Survivors include two sons and their wives, Stan and Ellen Hacker and Dan and Linda Hacker; 6 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her brother Melvin.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, at the First Baptist Church. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday at the Livingston Funeral Home with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Hoosier Cemetery.

Memorials may be made with Wheatlands Healthcare Center or the First Baptist Church, both in care of the funeral home.
