Helen Viola Olm Obituary

Helen Olm (nee' VanLeer), 84, of Wichita, KS (formerly of Union, MO) passed away Saturday, March 7, 2026.She is survived by three children: Timothy Jett and wife Patti of Wichita, KS, Vicki Fountain and husband Paul of Stilwell, KS, and Christopher Jett and wife Rebecca of Wichita, KS; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; along with numerous step-children and step-grandchildren; several nieces, one nephew, other relatives, and friends.

Mrs. Olm was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Viola (nee' Doerr) VanLeer; one grandson, Blake Martin; her three husbands and her longtime companion; and three brothers: Ross VanLeer, Glenn VanLeer (late wife Dixie), and Marvin "Beef" VanLeer (late wife Virginia).

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Zion U.C.C. Cemetery in Union, MO. Burial will follow services.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the ASPCA.
