Helen Louise Reiter, 100, died Dec. 12, 2013, at Liberty, Mo..
She was born April 11, 1913, in Kingman County, Ks, the daughter of Charles and Mary Ethel McCue Conley.
A resident of Kingman most of her life, she was a library assistant for the Kingman Public Library and a homemaker. She was a member of the Kingman United Methodist Church, P.E.O and Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority.
On July 27, 1937, she married Wilbur Reiter at Pratt, Ks; he died Dec. 30, 1974. Survivors include sons Mike (Marylou), Gladstone, Mo, and Bill (Carilyn), Ft. Wayne, In; daughter Susan (Bill) Macy, Lincoln, Ne; brother George Conley, Wichita, Ks; sister Ruth Davison, Pueblo, Co; 5 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by sisters Irene Barrows and Dorothy Johnson.
Services will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday at Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman, Ks. Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Hoosier Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with the Kingman Public Library or Kingman United Methodist Church.
