Helen E. Wohlford, 85, died Nov. 23, 2018, at her home in Haysville.
She was born Nov. 9, 1933, in Liberal, Kansas the daughter of Howard Vernon and Juanita Day Palmer.
A longtime Haysville resident, previously of Cheney, she was a homemaker.
Helen was a member of the United Methodist Church.
On March 9, 1952, she married Bob Wohlford in Cheney; he died Jan. 27, 1993. Survivors include daughter Evelyn Wohlford; grandchildren Brian, Travis, Kristofor and Tiffany; great-grandchildren Mercedes, Joshua, Jadyn, Marla, Mison, Kaleigh, Kassandra, Grantley, Thomas and Caityn; great-great-grandchildren Phoenix, Elliot, Elektra and Calvin. She was preceded in death by son Vernon, grandchildren Tammy Young and Richard Brewer, and brother Freddy Palmer.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018, at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home on Thursday. Burial will be in the Vinita Cemetery near Cheney.
Memorials may be made with the Helen Wohlford Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
