Herbert Lee Adams, 70, died March 4, 2018, at Kingman.
He was born Sept. 25, 1947, at Rochester, NY the son of George and Evelyn New Adams. A longtime resident of the Kingman community, he was a retired mechanic.
Herbert attended the Kingman Christian Church; and was a U.S. Army veteran serving during the Vietnam War.
On Oct. 24, 1986, he married Mary New. Other survivors include two sons and their wives, Cecil and Noni New and Billy and Cassie Adams; four daughters Cheryl Pike, Cinda and Alan Keeling, Dawn Adams and Carolyn and Robert McHaley; 16 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by son Gary; daughter Jennifer; and his brother George.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, at the Livingston Funeral Home Kingman. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Hoosier Cemetery.
