Joel L. Pickett, 54, died April 21, 2018 at his home.
He was born December 5, 1963, at Bartlesville, Oklahoma the son of Alfred "Sonny" and Iris Heyer Pickett. A longtime resident of the Kingman community, he was a metal recycler, custom cutter and former co-owner/operator of Pickett Brothers Equipment.
On July 25, 1983, he married Barbara Wegerer at Bartlesville. Other survivors include sons Kale (Becky), Kyle (Lindsay), Kirk, and Kasey; mother Iris; brother Seth Pickett; and sisters Marilyn (Rick) Cole and Martha Benoit. He was preceded in death by his father Alfred.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m, Wednesday at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. Friends may call from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Waterloo Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with the Pickett Family Education Fund in care of the funeral home.
