Johnny B. Tubbs, Sr., 66, died Septmber 23, 2018, at Wichita.
He was born January 26, 1952, at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma the son of Thomas D. and Lois Bentley Tubbs. A Norwich area resident since 2006, previously of Mt. Hope, he was a retired machinist at Boeing.
Johnny was a member of the NRA.
On February 5, 1972, he married Jacquelyn Bottoms at Gardner, Kansas. Other survivors include son Johnny Tubbs, Jr; daughter Amy Lou Pickens; his mother Lois; brothers Gary and Jack; 5 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother Steven Dale Tubbs.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday at the Kingman Christian Church. Friends may call 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m
. Burial will be in the Vinita Cemetery outside Cheney.
Memorials may be made with the USD 331 Kingman-Norwich Music Department in care of the funeral Home.
