Joseph A. Knapic, 58, died Sept. 23, 2017 in Wichita.
He was born May 25, 1959, in Kingman the son of Joseph E. and Mary Anna Meade Knapic. A lifetime resident of the Kingman community, he was a farmer and former golf course groundskeeper.
Joe attended the First Baptist Church, Kingman.
On Dec. 16, 1978, he married Penny Flickner at Kingman. Other survivors include sons Joseph, Jacob and Jeremy; daughters Sarah Fountain and Samantha Miles; sisters Terri Hesketh, Jacque McGinnis and Mary Roberts; and 13 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Mike; and sister Kathy.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017, at the Kingman Mennonite Church. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday at the Livingston Funeral Home with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with Main Place Youth in care of the funeral home.
