JOYCE DEAN HEWITT

Joyce Dean Hewitt, 82, died Oct. 5, 2024 at her home.

She was born May 23, 1942 at Wichita, Kansas the daughter of Joe and Lena Buckner.  A longtime resident of Wichita, she was retired from Beech Aircraft.

She was married to John Hewitt; he died May 15, 2012.  Survivors include her loving dog Skeeter; two sons Paul Fiscus, Jr., and Perry Doug Fiscus and his wife Kelly; step-daughters Lulu Turk, Johnie Lynn Romesburg and husband Bryan, Susanna Denis and her husband Cliff; step-son Tim Hewitt; sisters Joann McDow and Shirley Leayman;  several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, Oct. 11, 2024 at the Fairview Cemetery, Cheney.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. til 1:30 p.m., on the day of the services.

In lieu of flowers the family wishes memorials be made with the Kansas Humane Society in care of Livingston Funeral Home, 1830 N. Main, Kingman, KS 67068.
