Kandis A. Goforth, 60, died Jan. 21, 2016, at Wellington.
She was born March 1, 1955, at Kingman the daughter of Barney and Delores Beuhler Barnes. A longtime resident of Wellington, previously of Kingman, she was the Assistant Vice President of Fidelty Bank, Wichita.
On April 9, 1984, she married Scott Goforth at Wellington. Other survivors include a son Eric Roe and his wife Jenny; daughter Lacy P. Goforth; brother Randy Barnes and campanion Richard; and 3 grandchildren, Cabreil, Trenton and Jaxon. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother Belmar; a sister Brenda Toto; and a granddaughter Oriana.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m., Sunday, at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with the Wellington Library or the Kingman Library, both in care of the funeral home.
