KINGMAN - Katherine Ann May, 97, died Jan. 19, 2013, at Wheatlands Health Care Center, Kingman.
She was born Aug. 20, 1915, in Midway, Kansas, the daughter of Henry Phillip and Ruth Ann McCallester Thomas, she was the Co-Owner of Hillcrest Grocery, Oak Street Grocery, and Trailways Bus Depot, life member of the VFW Auxiliary and Avid Golfer all in Dodge City, Ks.
On Feb. 25, 1936, she married Roland Lee May, he died in 1998. Survivors include: daughter, Karen (Donald) Kingman; three grandsons; and three great-grandchildren. Private family service will be at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the Kingman Public Library or Wheatlands Health Care Center, in care of Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman.
