Leora A. Adelhardt, 87, died April 21, 2017, at Mt. Hope, Kansas.
She was born June 18, 1929, at Willowdale, Kansas the daughter of Fred and Louise Schulte Hageman. A Zenda resident most of her life, she was the former head cook at Zenda Friendship Meals.
She was a member of the St. John Catholic Church, the D of I and the Altar Society, all of Zenda.
On May 10, 1949, she married William J. "Bill" Adelhardt at Willowdale; he died July 28, 2006. Survivors include 2 sons and their wives Gary and Joan, and Scott and Sandy; 2 daughters and their husbands Louise and Allen Talley and Eileen and Paul Blick; brother Richard Hageman; sisters Rosemary Kennedy and Phyllis Lopez; 9 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a son George; brother Wilfred; and sisters Alice Demuth and Sr. Louise Hageman.
Parish rosary will be 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, at St. Peter Catholic Church, Willowdale. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, also at St. Peter Catholic Church. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. Burial will be in the St. Peter Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with the Guadalupe Clinic of Wichita in care of Livingston Funeral Home.
