Lois Ellen Tetrick, 82, died March 3, 2014, at Harry Hynes Hospice, Wichita.
She was born June 10, 1931, at Cleveland, Kansas the daughter of James and Susie Youngers Schuman. A lifetime resident of the Kingman and Willowdale communities, she was the retired office manager for the Kingman SRS office.
She was a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church, the Altar Society, both of Kingman; and was a former CYO advisor.
On Nov. 11, 1954, she married Jim Tetrick at Kingman. Other survivors include 4 sons and their wives, Jerry and Kris, Bill and Melissa, Brice and Bev, and Bob and Suzi Wagner; 9 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister Jeanne Demmer and grandson Steven Tetrick.
Parish rosary will be 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, at the St. Patrick Catholic Church, Kingman with the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, also at St. Patrick Catholic Church. The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p. Wednesday at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with St. Patrick Grade School, the Kingman Community Hospital and Harry Hynes Hospice, all in care of the funeral home.
