LOLA I. SWANDER
Lola I. Swander, 90, died Sept. 29,. 2010 at the Hilltop Manor, Cunningham.
She was born July 13, 1920, at Cunningham the daughter of Clarence and Bertha Cooley Shelman. A lifetime resident of the Cunningham community, she was a homemaker and a retired employee of USD 332 of Cunningham.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church; and the Order of the Eastern Star.
On Sept. 9, 1939, she married Everett Swander at Kingman; he died June of 1992. Survivors include son Marshall; daughter MerLynn Buntemeyer; brother Braden Shelman; 3 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman with Pastor Mike McGovney presiding. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Maud Cemetery, Cunningham.
Memorials may be made with the Western Kingman County Educational Fund in care of the funeral home.
