Marcelline A. Lubbers, 92, died May 15, 2014, at Wheatlands Healthcare Center, Kingman.
She was born March 13, 1922, at St. Leo, Kansas the daughter of Anton and Marie Kerschen Panek. A longtime resident of Kingman, previously of Willowdale and St. Leo, she was a homemaker.
She was a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church, Kingman; and the Altar Society of both Kingman and St. Peter's of Willowdale.
On Nov. 18, 1947, she married Sylvester Lubbers at St. Leo; he died Sept. 29, 1988. Survivors include sons Anthony and Leon; daughters Rose Ann Hageman and Mary Tramell; brothers Wilfred, Leroy and Alfred Panek; sister Mary Ann Ebenkamp; 6 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by an infant daughter Alice Marie; brothers Leonard and Jerome; and a sister Louise Steffan.
Parish rosary will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Kingman followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m., Friends may call from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. Burial will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, at the St. Leo Catholic Church Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with the St. Patrick Church in care of the funeral home.
