Mary Helen Hart, 74, died Monday, Feb. 2, 2015, at Anthony Medical Center.
She was born Dec. 17, 1940, at Hays, Kansas, the daughter of Don and Maxine Vada Craig Couch. A longtime resident of Kingman County, she was a registered nurse and cosmetologist.
She was a member of the Covenant Assembly of God Church, Kingman.
On Dec. 20, 1977, she married Jerry L. Hart at Kingman, Kansas; other survivors include sons Alan (Gina), Garden Plain, KS and Todd (Linda), Kingman; daughter Terri (Terry) Ziegler, Kingman; brothers Donald (Bonnie), Attica, KS and Gerald (Madelon) Couch, La Quinta, CA; 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; son-in-law Red Foskett; and daughter-in-law Cheri Clark. She was preceded in death by sister Patricia, daughter Anita; son Larry; grandson Cody; and granddaughter Andrea.
Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, at the Covenant Assembly of God Church.
Memorials may be made with the Anthony Medical Center or Covenant Assembly of God Church, Kingman.
