Olen M. "Max" Ramsey, 89, Sept. 3, 2016, at his home in Kingman.

He was born Dec. 26, 1926, in Kingman County the son of Dewey and Clara Hundley Ramsey.
A lifetime resident of Kingman County, he was a retired farmer and stockman.

He was a member of the Kingman United Methodist Church; and was a veteran for the U.S. Army and the Army Air Corp.

Om April 11, 1948, he married Ruth A. Fluke in Kingman; she died Dec. 16, 2011. Survivors include two sons and their wives, Steve and Pat Ramsey, and Curtis and Jeannette Ramsey; sister Doris Simons; 6 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by brothers George and Marion; and sister Rita Leroux.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, at the Kingman United Methodist Church. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at the Livingston Funeral Home with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Burial with military honors will be in the Cleveland Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made with the Kingman United Methodist Church in care of the funeral home.
