MICHAEL BRUCE "MIKE" NUNEMAKER

Michael Bruce "Mike" Nunemaker, 79, died July 30, 2023 at his home in Norwich, Kansas.

He was born July 14, 1944, in Kingman County the son of Fred and Mercedes Alberta "Maggie" Knapp Nunemaker.  A Norwich resident since 2016, previously of Kingman, he was a retired backhoe operator and truck driver for BNSF Railroad.

Mike was an antique gun enthusiast and collector and was a strong believer of the country and western lifestyle.

Survivors include two sons, Garret Nunemaker and his wife Michele, and Eric Nunemaker; daughter Sherry Dee Martin; brothers Ed Nunemaker and Roger Nunemaker; 6 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m, Saturday, Aug. 5, 2023 at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman with the family receiving friends from 9:00 a.m. until service time.  Burial will be in the Lerado Cemetery near Langdon, Kansas in Reno County.

In lieu of flowers memorials have been suggested to Angels Hospice or Phoenix Home Care, both in care of the funeral home.
