Neal D. Foster, 74, died June 18, 2018, at Arvada, Colorado.
He was born February 8, 1944, at Hutchinson, Kansas the son of Raymond and Maxine Poorman Foster. A longtime Colorado resident, he was the retired owner and operator of Foster Equipment.
Neal was a member of the Penalosa United Methodist Church; and was a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran.
On June 14, 1975, he married Judy (Kleinschmidt) in Topeka. Other survivors include a son Barton Hinkle and Sherrie; brother Rod and his wife Joy; and one grandson Holland. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a daughter Tara Hinkle.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m., Saturday, July 14, 2018, at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. til service time that Saturday at the funeral home. Private family graveside services will be held in Lerado Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with the Parkinson's Disease Foundation or the Wounded Warrior Project both in care of the Livingston Funeral Home, 1830 N. Main, Kingman, KS 67068.
