Obituary

Norbert Greiving, passed away Oct. 25, 2022 at the Hilltop Manor, Cunningham.

He was born May 12, 1922, at Nashville, Kansas. The son of John and Frances Linnebur Greiving, Norbert enjoyed his life as a farmer and stockman in St. Leo. He was a member of the St. Leo Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.

His favorite pastime was fishing with his friends and family. Norbert was able to experience one final fishing trip at his pond shortly after his 100th birthday.

Survivors include sisters Aquina Stonestreet, Adela Mae Becker and Louella Fairchild; his brother Adelphus Greiving; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Valerian, Orville Lee and Raineldas; sisters Alvina Mulnix, Geraldine Voth and Beatrice Greiving; half-brothers Wilfred and Victor; and half-sister Eunice Decker.

Parish rosary will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 3, 2022, at the St. Leo Catholic Church with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:30 a.m. Burial of the cremains will be in the St. Leo Church Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the St. Leo Catholic Church or the St. Leo Cemetery in care of Livingston Funeral Home.
