Opal W. Krehbiel, 101, died April 10, 2016.

She was born Jan. 1, 1915, in Kingman the daughter of Lewis W. and Hazel Ramsey Fairchild. A longtime Kingman resident, she was a former co-owner and operator of Western Pulp Products of Corvallis, Oregon having also lived there for over thirty years.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church, the Daughters of the American Revolution, and was a thirty year board member on the Kingman County Council on Aging serving as it's secretary for twenty years.

On July 20, 1932, she married Fred Krehbiel at Wichita; he died May 21, 1992. Survivors include two daughters Nancy Lee Harding and Martha Ann Johnson; sister Darlene Voth; special friend and caretaker Doris Simons; 7 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, at the funeral home with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.

Memorials may be made with KUMC Youth Ministries in care of the funeral home.
