PAUL J. "BUD" VORAN

Paul J. "Bud" Voran, 87, died July 30, 2014, at his home in Hutchinson.
He was born Sept. 16, 1926, at Belmont, Kansas the son of Fred E. and Edna M. Graber Voran. A longtime Kingman resident moving to Hutchinson in 2000, he was a retired employee of Cessna and LearJet and was also a retired farmer.
He was a member of the Kingman Mennonite Church and attended First Mennonite Church in Hutchinson.
On Aug. 10, 1952, he married Benetta Albright; she died Feb. 6, 1986. On April 22, 1989, he married Grace Cheatum; she survives. Other survivors include sons Mike, Jim and Rick; step-daughters Julie Watson, Laurie Taylor, Margaret Mellott and Janie Hawkins; sisters Helen Voth and Mary Gaeddert; 19 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by a son Jon; daughter Gina Willett; brothers Dallas and Robert; and a great-grandson Gabriel.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, at the Kingman Mennonite Church. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday at the Livingston Funeral Home with the family present from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Kingman Mennonite Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with the Kingman Mennonite Church or the Mennonite Friendship Manor, both in care of the funeral home.
