Paul W. Simons, 86, died Dec. 28, 2014.
He was born Aug 12, 1928, in Kingman County, the son of Ralph and Martha Zerger Simons. A lifetime resident of Kingman County, he was a retired farmer, stockman, truck driver and Moorman Feed salesman.
He was a member of the United Methodist Church, was named Outstanding Kingman County Young Farmer in 1964, a member of Ninnescah Lodge #230 AF&AM; and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
On Feb. 20, 1955, he married Doris Ramsey at Kingman. Other survivors include 3 sons and their wives, Wayne and Karen, Dewey and Diane, and Tom; daughter Connie Johnson and husband Bill; brother Lawrence; 7 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brothers Art and Floyd; and sister Helen Cole.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m., Wednesday at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Cleveland Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with the Kingman Community Hospital in care of the funeral home.
