Paulette Kay Walker Forcum
Paulette Kay Walker Forcum was born Sept. 24, 1945 in Cushing Oklahoma and passed away
Apr. 2, 2021 in her home in Kingman at the age of 75 after a short courageous fight with cancer.
She was born in Cushing OK and was raised in Ponca City OK where she met the love of her
life Harold. They were high school sweethearts who were together for 62 years. As a young
couple they moved to Kingman to start their lives together.
They raised 4 children together as well as the many other children of god that she has touched
throughout her life.
She was a Member of the Kingman Mennonite Church where she was involved in all aspects of
the church and the family she had there. She looked forward to quilting with the Mennonite
women. She was also an avid 22 rifle target shooter where she and Harold traveled all over the
country to participate.
Above all Paulette loved her family and made every gathering special with a large meal and lots
of love.
Surviving family include husband Harold Forcum, brother Scott Walker and wife Sandy, children
Destry Forcum and wife Aimee of Canon City Colorado, Stacey Lyon and husband Dennis of
Hutchinson, Corey Forcum of Kingman, Josh Forcum and wife Cassandra of Pretty Prairie,
grandchildren Shelby, Gunner, Taylor, Eric, Gabriella, Braxton, Lillian, and Taela and great
grandchild Leland
A Celebration of her life will be at 10:30 am, Saturday, April 17 at the Kingman Mennonite
Church with a lunch following at Paulette's request.
