Ralph L. Krehbiel, 95, died Jan. 27, 2017 at the Prairie Sunset Home, Pretty Prairie.
He was born Feb. 12, 1921, at Castleton, the son of Dave J. "DJ" and Anna Graber Krehbiel.
A lifetime resident of the Pretty Prairie community, he was a retired farmer and oil pumper.
Ralph was a member of the First Mennonite Church; was a former Reno County Commissioner; founding board member of the Prairie Sunset Home; as well as other various boards.
On April 6, 1941, he married Leona Wedel at Pretty Prairie; she died June 14, 2007. Survivors include two sons, Richard "Riley" Krehbiel and his wife Kay, and Robert "Bob" Krehbiel; a brother Jesse; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by brothers Sam and Vic.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, at the First Mennonite Church, Pretty Prairie. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Burial will be in the First Mennonite Church Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with the Prairie Sunset Home, in care of the funeral home.
